I hope everyone is having a great Christmas Eve! I made some cookies today and they came out good to my surprise... They are sugar cookies, but instead of using vanilla extract (I couldn't find any...) I added some cocoa and butterscotch liqueurs. They really gave it a nice unique taste and with a bit of chocolate and some sprinkles they look very Christmassy too. So they will be one of the desserts for tomorrow's Christmas Dinner. Another good way to slightly change the recipe of a cookie is to use whole wheat flour. It makes them healthier and the taste is not bad at all.
Anyway I am posting a picture of the cookies I just made, before they are all gone!
